Coralya is very pleased to offer you a unique selection of beautiful fused glass objects designed and handmade in France.
Shipping
We typically ship within the United States using FedEx Ground.
Flat rate amount includes shipping, handling, packing materials and insurance.
We take great care in packing your item: bubble wrap, filling and a double
box package are used. We always insure your shipment.
Please include your daytime phone number and a street address in your order.
Once the packet is shipped, you will receive its tracking number.

Delivery Time
Our in-stock items are available at http://www.rubylane.com/shops/coralya. They are shipped within 24 hours once payment is received (or once personal check is cleared). We ship typically using FedEx standard ground service.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes will be charged where applicable by law. An 8.25% sales tax is added on any orders shipped or billed to a California address.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or
Discover via PayPal. Note that you do not need to have a PayPal account
to use Paypal and make a secure payment using your credit card.
We also accept personal checks, please make
your check payable to Coralya and send it to the address specified in the email.
Your order will be shipped once your
check has cleared and you will be notified immediately.
Custom Orders
An extensive online catalog provides you with a description of our different
product lines. Our in-stock items are available in our online shop
on Rubylane.com
For any other items, contact us for price and delay. We will order your
selection from the Artist back in France. A typical delay of 4 to 8 weeks is
expected. I will notify you as soon as your order has arrived. We expect
50% of the payment when ordering and 50% + shipping cost
before final shipment.
Delivery and Return Policy
If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return. The item must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured and must be received in the same conditions as when it was shipped to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. A refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost will be made no later than 3 days after the item has been received back.

Our unique collection of artistic glass creations offers you a wide variety of beautiful gift ideas for any occasions: Anniversary, Wedding, Mother's Day, Teachers, Valentine's Day, Christmas... Should you like us to ship your order as a gift, please contact us and we will happy to send a special note from you, free of charge as a courtesy service.
